My name is Slash!

Hello! I'm Slash, a charming 4-year-old pup with a heart full of love and a nickname for every occasion-Slash, Sir, Slashington, and Seor! I'm your ideal patio PITato, always ready for a good cuddle on the couch or a playful romp with my foster siblings.

While I enjoy short walks, my favorite spot is lounging on the patio, where I can relax and soak up the sun. I have a club foot, so golf isn't really my game, but I'm fantastic at being a loving companion! I get along wonderfully with cats, dogs, and kids, and I would thrive in a home with another doggie buddy.

If you're looking for a loyal friend and a playful sidekick, I might just be the perfect match for you. Let's be friends and see where this adventure takes us!

Out in The Garden for Slash

The sweet smelling grass filled up the air, freshly mowed and a bit moist beneath my paws, but I didn't mind much. I let my weight tip over until I was exposing my stomach, letting the prickly blades be my scratching post as I twisted. My tail thumped against the ground with the warm sort of joy that filled me more than I could handle.
The sun was bright and warm, just as it ought to be on a day like this, and soon I found myself strolling around until the smell of food called me inside to where the clacking dog food hit the metal bowl. I ate until I felt my stomach stretch, my tail continuing its proud wagging. As I lay for a nap, I find myself only wishing for one thing.
A hand, a friend, a scratch, someone to walk and lay with, to bark and talk with. Someone's ankles to hang around when they cook, someone's hands and face to lick.
Maybe soon, maybe you.
