Meet Harriet!
Breed Guess: Chocolate Lab, Hound, maybe even some pitty. Not sure but she is so sweet who cares!
Age: 5-6 months
Weight: 25 lbs
Other Animals: Hariett LOVES other dogs and will play fearlessly with them no matter the size. She has not met any cats yet but we would be happy to do an introduction.
Kids: She is so good with children
House training: She is learning routine and quickly catching on. If you miss her signal she goes to a pee pad.
Exercise needs: She is high energy , she will require an active lifestyle. She is an amazing climber, hiking will be a simple sport for her, she will climb any rock or pile of anything when we walk near effortlessly.
What she's great at: Showing people how much she loves them, Learned to walk on leash very quickly, sleeping through the night, eating and playing tug. Fully understands "no" and taking ques from her foster siblings, she is very respectful of their space. Sits to put on leash, learning to give paw.
What she's working on: curbing her excitement and mouthiness when playing.,
Personality: Harriet is a goofy, happy, and lovable. She thrives on human attention and will follow you everywhere, she is not a fan of being left alone but does well in crate if needed.
Harriet's story: She was born on the island of St. Thomas and found with her 3 siblings.
Dream Home: She would love to have a canine sibling to play and snuggle with, but this is not a requirement she also does very well on her own with the right amount of toys. An active family who likes to take long walks or hikes. A family who has the patience for a new pup who is just learning life and manners. She is very eager to please, very smart, and quick learner.
