Unfortunately, it is likely Cornell did not receive any socialization prior to being found, as he can be more on the fearful side. However, with the right family who can offer him time and patience, he is ready to bloom into the loving and loyal companion he is meant to be. Cornell may be shy at first, but once he warms up, you'll see the playful and affectionate dog inside. Cornell loves other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with another friendly and confident dog for him to learn the ropes of "dogging" from, as well a calmer, more quiet home environment. This sweet boy is making progress every day, with the help of his shelter dog friends, gentle encouragement, and positive reinforcement, and is waiting for the right home to continue this.
