DOB 3/1/24
They call me Buddy Boy because after my heartbreaking start to life (my own heart broke) I became the purfect little buddy to my human savior.
I was lost in a storm and got separated from my mommy, I cried and cried while the cold rocks fell from the sky, they hurt me. I tried to make myself even smaller in the grass against a house but didn’t want to move until my mommy could come back for me. It seemed like furever to me and then I saw a man holding a box for me so I jumped in without even thinking. He took me to a safe and dry place and gave me food and water. I was so scared that I stayed there hiding all day until a rescuer showed up.
She said I was the same size of some others she just took in and after a couple of hours she was able to get me out of that shed and into her home where I had my own space, a small kennel in a bathroom but there were 6 other kittens my size running around!
After a couple of days of her wrapping me up in a towel (a lot of times) I trusted that she wouldn’t hurt me and I really wanted to play with the others, my new friends that visited me at my kennel.
Finally I got to run and play with them and was so happy that I showed how thankful I was to be safe, warm, fed, and loved… and so many friends!
I’m shy of new people but warm up to you once I learn that you love me and won’t hurt me.
I am very scared of dogs so any home with dogs (or dog visitors) would not be a good home for me.
I’m a rough playing boy so nail trims are important, I don’t like having it done but it will need to be kept up.
I love having friends so a playmate that can keep up with me is very important, they also teach me how to love YOU and I like that.
Luke Duke and Dawn are my playmates but Luke keeps up with me the best and he needs me the most.
Do you have room in your heart and home for me?
