Manny is a very smart dog and has proven to be funny and friendly. He loves to play. He loves water so much that he will blow bubbles in his water bowland would absolutely love a pool. Manny was bailed out of the North Central shelter just in time, and now he's looking for a forever home where he can feel loved and valued.
