Macy is being fostered at one of Toronto Cat Rescue’s pet store partner locations. Please note that if you’re approved to adopt, you’ll need to pick them up from the store within 24 hours of being approved.

Macy is a wonderfully sweet tortie girl with cute chessboard toes, tall round ears and big beautiful yellow/green eyes. Somewhere along the way in Macy's life her tail was removed so she has a little bobtail. It doesn't seem to bother her or have any impact on her day to day life though.

Everyone will notice when Macy enters the room as she'll announce her presence with a series of trills and will happily involve herself in whatever you are doing. She loves treats, being brushed, helping you do chores, and soft cat food.

Macy would do best being the only pet in her forever home as she's a bit unsure of other animals. She'd also do best in a child free home as she can sometimes get a bit overwhelmed when she's had too many pets, and isn't shy letting you know when she needs a break by giving a little "bop" without her claws.

Macy does occasionally gets the zoomies and will play with a few toys if you put in the effort to get her in the mood but as long as she has a soft bed by a window where she can sleep until it's time to do chores, she's a happy girl who is a joy to have around.
