Amos is a senior gent (approximately 8, but who’s counting?!) who will steal your heart. He is so mild mannered and aims to please…sometimes you even forget he’s there. He gets along with dogs, but he does like to chase small wildlife. He loves just being near his person and will snuggle as long as you let him, but does love a short walk too! His front leg was injured some time ago, and this slows him down just a little, but he still loves to play, smell everything and explore. He is very comfortable in a kennel, but has never been destructive to anything in the home…even toys. Amos is the chillest and sweetest and would love to hang with you! He`s got an Adoption Angel, so his adoption fee is covered! Ask us how to meet him!

The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter is open every day from noon until 6pm (excluding limited holidays/events). You can meet our animals with the convenience of an appointment or as a walk-in. Appointments can be made by emailing adoption@wilco.org.
