My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jarvis is an almost 5 year old very handsome boy (born approximately 8/29/2019). He is named after Tony Starks’ AI assistant J.A.R.V.I.S. He is very bonded with his litter mate brother Orson and they are only available to be adopted together. They do nearly everything together including snuggling, grooming, and playing. They are practically identical twins with a distinguishing factor being that Jarvis is longer and has a little white bolo tie on his chest.

Jarvis has a soft squeaky meow and he talks a little more when he wants something. He loves sitting on laps and kneads on soft surfaces and he will sometimes “nurse” on blankets and beds for comfort. Jarvis can be scooped up and given belly kisses once he knows and trusts the person. He will bring you a pile of little stuffed animals as an offering if he gets locked out of a room which is so cute to see.

Both Jarvis and Orson will be shy when they first go to a new home but once they realize they are in a safe place with someone they trust, they will be the best companions. Your patience with giving them adequate time will pay off immensely when they show you their true character. They should be the only cats in their new home and will be best in a home with only adults or older children. They previously lived with a dog who was very well behaved and didn’t bother them so they may be okay with a dog with a similar personality.

Jarvis is playful and enjoys all sorts of different toys. He would love to sleep with you if you will let him. He will go to his new home with a special microchip feeder and other favorite items to help a new family have a great start with him and his brother.

Can you provide a loving home to these wonderful bonded cats? Please don’t let their color keep you away. Unfortunately our black cats are often overlooked but hopefully you can see beyond that and realize that these two bonded boys are the most perfect loving, playful companions.
