My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Henry is a gorgeous, golden/green-eyed, sweet, two-year-old, eight-pound male black and white “cow” cat looking for a loving guardian.

This handsome fellow found himself in a cage at Chicago Animal Care and Control, and Friends of Petraits Rescue brought him into our foster program.

He is friendly with people and other confident cats. Although, he could also live as the one and only feline in the home. He’s been in his foster home for a month now and he’s been an all-around fabulous feline who uses his litter box and scratching post like a good boy. He’s a great little buddy who loves to be pet.

Henry's favorite pastime is curling up in his foster mom's lap and settling in for a nap. Henry loves dry food and crunchy treats. Surprisingly, he doesn’t appear to enjoy canned food.

Henry is neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for distemper and rabies, virus tested negative for FIV/Felv, and microchipped.

He is looking for a family that will take him in to their heart and home.

To meet and possibly adopt Henry, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/

After the application is complete, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to meet him.

His adoption fee of $100 benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. He is currently being fostered in Chicago.
