Meet Cheeks!

This sweet girl was pulled from the ACC with just hours before she was scheduled to be euthanized. Upon meeting her, she was timid, sick, and unsure what her future would look like.

Now that Cheeks is with us, she is learning to trust again and she is discovering the joys of being a cherished companion. Cheeks enjoys her daily walks and has a cute little prance, especially when you talk to her; it's her way of showing that she appreciates encouragement and a gentle tone of voice.

She's looking for a patient adopter who can continue to nurture her trust and show her what it means to be part of a caring family.
