Maple is a sweet, petite Beagle that took herself on an adventure to the shelter and was never reclaimed by her owner. She is an absolute doll! Maple is great with dogs, curious about the cats and wants to chase a little bit she is smaller than many cats so backs off nicely when they swat her and make it clear they don’t want to play. She is good with kids but prefers the quieter predictability of adults and older kids as she is a more laid back girl herself. Maple loves her walks and sniffing all over the neighborhood but overall she is content to relax in the house or find a sunny spot to snooze. She is housetrained, crates well, and minds her manners in the house. Her ideal home would have a fenced yard or be committed to leash walks/ tie-out since being a beagle she is going to follow that nose if she is let off leash. She is about 5-6 years old, and about 20 lbs.

Requirements: No special requirements

Adoption Fee: $550 + tax. This includes neuter/spay, current vaccinations as age appropriate, heartworm/tick testing in dogs over 8 months of age, deworming, microchip and current Heartgard and Nexgard preventatives.
