My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Theo is a sweet 5/6 year old gentleman that would love nothing more then cuddle on the couch with you.
He is crate trained, but likes to sleep in the bed all night. He has an old leg injury but it doesn't stop him. He's super happy to see you when you get home. He is dog friendly but would be ok as only dog as well.
Theo does not shed, and not a barker. He's ok on a leash, just likes to go in his direction.
He has not had any exposure to cats, though we wfeel like he would be fine with them, as he is super chill.

Submit Application

We ask for an application to be submitted. prior to meeting the animal you are intersted in.

2.
Home Check

We verify vet references and do a home visit, prior to approving and finalizing an adoption.

3.
Approve Application

Once you are approved, the adoption agreement will be signed and the adoption application will be paid.

Additional adoption info

An adoption application must be filled out, prior to adoption, and a home visit is required. Once a potential adopter is approved, an adoption contract is required. We do not ship or transport our animals.

Go meet their pets

Our rescue animals are housed in foster homes, until adopted. We partner with local businesses, to hold adoption events, where you can come meet our available animals, looking for forever homes.

Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue is a registered non-profit 501(c)3 in Dallas/Fort Worth. We rescue animals from local shelters, to give them a second chance in a loving forever home. All animals in our program are fully vetted, microchipped and spayed/neutered.
