Shelby is a back of the pack dog who can be unsure of meeting new people. Once she’s comfortable around you she loves to receive affection but it can take some time to earn her trust. She absolutely loves other dogs and is great with everyone she’s met. Shelby is good around dogs of all sizes (and prefers their company over humans), she is good with cats and has also met livestock including goats, sheep, chickens, etc.

Shelby walks nicely on a leash right next to you but can become a little bit nervous when a car drives by. She just moves to the other side to create some space between her and the car. She is calm and mellow in the house, potty trained, crate trained and calm over food. Shelby is around 5 years old. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her shots. Shelby rarely barks and is generally pretty quiet. Shelby would do really great if she has a confident dog friend in the home with her.
