For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kit is a gorgeous, sweet, playful, and fun hazel-eyed, three-pound, three-month-old brown tabby kitten looking for a loving guardian.
Kit was found in a box in a Chicago alley and brought to Friends of Petraits Rescue to find the home of his dreams. He would love to be adopted with one of his new best friend kittens in his foster home, or to a family with another friendly kitten or cat.
This kitten is well-socialized. He is an all-around fabulous feline who uses his litter box and scratching post. He also loves to jump and play with wand ribbon toys.
He is very healthy, dewormed, neutered, virus-tested negative, microchipped, and vaccinated for rabies and distemper.
He does not want to live as the only kitten in the home. He wants a sibling to play with either one of his housemates, or another friendly cat.
To meet and possibly adopt Kit, please fill out an adoption application https://friendsofpetraits.com/cat-adoption-application/
After the application is complete, please contact friendsofpetraits@gmail.com to schedule an appointment to meet them.
His adoption fee of $175, or $300 as a pair benefits the Friends of Petraits Rescue. He and his kitten friends are being fostered in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood.
