Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Smokey came to us when his home burned down. His owner was taken to the hospital and did not return. No doubt he was loved and cared for by his previous owner. Family members asked us to take him and rehome him. The family told us he was half black Lab and the other half was unknown. Smokey is an awesome dog. He is great with my grandchildren and loves to play with them and the other dogs that are here. However, when he's not playing ... he is a couch potato that just wants to be with his humans watching TV. Please consider giving this deserving sweet boy the loving home he is seeking.
Smokey is completely vetted with all vaccinations, neutered, heartworm negative and on preventative and microchipped.

RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England/ Virginia area and delivered in Pennsylvania, Virginia and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please email:
