My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We are told that Majo is 7 years old, and she was surrendered to us by a family who was moving. She was quite frightened at first and it took a week’s time for her to get acclimated, but she is flourishing and curious of all things new.

Majo has been living with another cat and two dogs (one large and small). She pays no attention to the dogs, and expresses no fear of them either. Majo has been socializing with several adult’s and a 10 year old.

On a daily basis, She likes to find her humans and guide them to her food bowl when it is empty. If she cant find you, she uses her soft meow to look for you. She has a “I hate to see you go, but I love to watch you leave waddle.” She was over weight upon arrival to us and has an automatic feeder that dispenses her food. Though she may not care for treats, she loves her cat bed and cat nip toys. Majo enjoys the sun that shines through the windows. She is potty trained and does not mind the other animals taking her things.

She is not overly affectionate with cuddles but she will come find you and rub on you throughout the day. She loves to purr and be held. She is the perfect mix of an independent cat boss and a sweet old house-cat.

She leaves you wondering about what she has been up to all her life. I was told she used to be an outside cat but she has made NO attempt to find her way outside. She will stand with her foster mom as she lets the dogs in and out of the house.

Majo is ready to find her furrever family.
