Ellie and her littermates were found on a country road in Mississippi. With no local animal control, they were fostered by one of our Rescue Partners. They are now ready to find loving homes.
According to Ellie's foster:
"Ellie is a very good dog - She is incredibly sweet, likes to snuggle, likes people including kids, learns very quick, is affectionate and wants to be by your side. She had no accidents, potties outside nicely. Did well in her crate and in the car. Likes all toys and loves rolling in grass. She does still need to go out at night- can make it about 4-5 hours. Likes some dogs but not others. Quick to learn down and sit commands. Overall a sweet, eager to please girl that will be a loyal addition".

This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process. - Please note: The location listed in an animal's profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.
OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.

We interview new adopters and place pets based on their needs and the suitability of the adoptive home. We do take "reservations" on our animals prior to our events with an approved application/ reference check.
