Meet Allie!

This beautiful Baja mutt looks like a shepherd mix but is much smaller than a regular shepherd. We wouldn't be surprised if she had a labrador DNA in her. She is a healthy dog with a medium energy level, she is content with walks or just chilling and playing around in the yard she does not need constant activity nor mental/physical stimulation. Just a relaxing, comfortable and entertaining life by having a yard to sun bath in or being taken for walks and car rides.

Allie is crate, potty and house trained. Not a big barker and has not been cat tested.
Allie is a great people dog. She is more oriented towards humans and is very people friendly with all women, men and children. She can be a little alpha female towards some female dogs but she is very flirty with the male dogs of both small and and larger statuer. Her BFF is red and Reo also available for adoption and fostered together.

Allie would be a fabulous dog companion to have at home and take for walks or she would be happy in a yard or even large property because of her selectiveness towards some dogs like female dogs, she is not best suited for a 'dog park/doggy day care' life style unless a trainer says otherwise. She is smart and aims to please her humans. She wants to be loved and love humans and if her future home had a male dog to be friends with her she would be in heaven. She loves to be the 'bossy girl' of the pack :)

So, if you are looking for a family dog or companion dog for yourself and are not interested in taking your dog to dog parks and just enjoy life with walks, hikes, etc then this girl is the one for you!

We would LOVE to find a foster home for Allie and our goal is a loving forever family.

More about this rescue

The A.R.W.O.B. group is based in San Diego, CA and operates mostly in Mexico as well as Southern California and will come to the aid of any animal in need which crosses our path. Our belief is to do what we can in order to “Make a difference in their lives.” From experience we have observed and feel the companion animals of Mexico are in the greatest need and accordingly we focus much of our efforts in Baja, Mexico. However, we certainly extend our help to our north of the border critters by accepting relinquished family pets, exiting both dogs and cats from the shelters of San Diego and of course by working in conjunction with other animal rescue groups in the community
