Description: 

S’mores is DSH black kitten with white on her neck, chest and belly. She is very playful and loves running and climbing on cat trees and scratchers. She enjoys full-body massages and being petted. She loves playing and snuggling with her littermates and especially loves the Cat Dancer interactive wand toy.

Words to Describe Me: snuggly, sweet, playful

Favorite Place to Sleep: most anywhere

Favorite Toy: interactive wand toy (cat dancer)

Perfect Day: being with her siblings and playing

Kitty's Likes: likes to play with her siblings. Very playful. enjoys being petted while laying down

Kitty's Dislikes: doesn't like sudden movements or loud noises

Fastest Way to Get Me to Purr: being petted while laying down

Favorite Treat: enjoys wet and dry food. we have never given the kittens any treats, but they are all food motivated.

When I Grow Up, I Want to Be: with another kitty who loves me

Other Info: Not the most outgoing of the littermates, S'MORES takes some time to warm up to anyone. She is very snuggly once she settles into her groove. She likely would be best if adopted into a home with another cat already or adopted out with a sibling. She loves other cats. 

  • Good with Cats: Loves cats. 

  • Good with Dogs: Unknown, but optimistic (Animal has not met any dogs.)   

  • Good with Children: Can live with children over the age of 8.

  • Companion Animal:  Requires a feline companion always.

Health information: All cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered, FeLV / FIV tested (as indicated by age), receive vaccinations appropriate for age, preventative deworming, and microchipping prior to adoption as appropriate by age.

Adoption Process:   Our adoptable animals are located at one of our adoption centers or in foster homes. We require interested parties to apply prior to meeting to ensure a good match. Applications can be submitted on our website at  www.savingonelife.org/adopt/apply.
