Phil is a loving boy who enjoys being petted! He knows `Come` and `Sit` and takes treats gently from your hand. He loves playing tennis ball fetch and will drop the ball right at your feet! He is good on leash once out and away. If you already have a dog, a meet and greet is a necessity. He seems to like some friendly dogs but is not a fan of some others.
