Hello, I'm Maxwell, a delightful 3-year-old boy cat who's all about bringing the sweetest vibes to your world. I'm a street-smart kitty originally found in Baltimore City who was taken in and given a warm loving home and discovered the magic of a warm lap! However, I tried getting along with my OG cat and dog siblings to no avail, and was surrendered through no fault of my own. Now I'm on the prowl for a loving home that'll let me shine in the spotlight. Kids, you're in luck, 'cause I'm as good as it gets when it comes to playtime and snuggles. However, let's keep it a solo act on the pet front - I prefer being the center of attention, and trust me, I've got enough charm and purr-sonality to steal the show all by myself. I have a strong prey drive and love catching rodents too! So, if you're ready for a lifetime of love and laughter, consider adopting me, Maxwell, your purr-fect companion!

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
