My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blu is one of seven siblings raised by their awesome mom, Bellma (also available for adoption). Like any kitten, he is an Energizer Bunny--just keeps going and going and going. Until he's pooped, then he naps. His foster mom reports that he has excellent litter box manners, has been exposed to adult cats where he's learned to respect his elders, loves to play and is a total love-bug! Blu would be a great addition to any loving family.

You must first fill out an adoption application. Please go to "Site Map" under the home tab and click on the "Forms and applications" tab to find an application. Allow 2-3 days for us to process your application A volunteer will contact you and arrange for you to meet the pet you have chosen to see if it is a good match. If all is well, you will sign an adoption contract, pay an adoption fee and you will have a new family member.

All cats are spayed and neutered as part of the adoption. They may be tested for Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) and Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) for a fee of $15.

We also host adoption events periodically at Petco in Plover, WI.

Feline/Canine Friends (F/CF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. F/CF rescues, rehabilitates, re-homes and provides sanctuary for many cats including special-needs cats. Many of our special needs cats have FIV or FeLV; plus we have many ferals who have been given a new home and a new life.

We are an all-volunteer group dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals and educating people on the importance of spaying and neutering to control the pet population.
