Meet Pepper!

Pepper was surrendered through no fault of his own, and now finds himself freshly neutered, and a little bit uncomfortable with all the new animals, and people in his life. Pepper is a very sweet boy who will accept pets, but still has yet to fully come out of his shell here. We will add more to Pepper's bio as we get to know him!
