Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Greetings, earthlings! I`m Abby, the Canine Crusader, here to save the day with my loyal devotion and unshakable spirit. With my big heart and boundless energy, I`m ready to be your superhero sidekick. I have a big heart and I`m focused on spreading joy and laughter wherever I go. I LOVE giving my favorite humans hugs & going for walks is my favorite activity! So if you`re looking for a loyal companion to join you on all your heroic adventures, look no further than this four-legged crusader! I am full grown at ~51 lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Stanly County APS where I came in as a stray.
**I have been diagnosed with heartworm disease and have begun treatment - please speak with an adoption specialist for details.**
~My adoption fee is $120.00.~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
