Hi! I'm Iliana! If you're looking for a sweetheart kitty to complete your family, I'm ready to claim the spot! I like to purr and rub my hand against the human's hands when they greet meet. I have a friendly personality with a super cute face and sweet demeanor. I'm really excited to have a nice cozy spot to nap on and humans to play with me! I haven't been around other furry friends here yet, but would be open to a home with resident pets as long as we have slow introductions. More about this shelter

The Woodford Humane Society is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal organization located in Versailles, Kentucky. We provide shelter and care to the homeless and unwanted animals in Woodford County, surrounding counties, as well as animals from other states. We care for pets of all breeds and ages, with no time limit on their stay, and we are proud to maintain an annual placement rate of over 95%.

With no government funding, we are completely dependent on private contributions to continue to provide care to around a thousand animals each year.

Adoption fees include spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations and deworming while at our Adoption Center, feline leukemia and FIV screening for cats, heartworm screening for dogs, a microchip with a lifetime registration, a free veterinary checkup, and a starter bag of food.
