My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Huckleberry!
Huck is very smart and sweet. He likes to go for walks and loves treats. He is trained on a harness and knows how to sit. Huck is medium sized and full grown.
He weighs around 35lbs. He is sweet with other dogs so far and likes to be outside or lounging in a comfy bed. He does seem selective and not a fan of male dogs his size or larger, but plays very well with small dogs or larger female dogs. A meet and greet with dogs in the home would be required.
Huck ideal home would be a home with a fenced in yard or someone willing to take him for walks and play with him. He likes to earn treats by practicing his tricks. He is very sweet and has lots of love and cuddles to offer.
Estimated Birthday: 2019

More about this rescue

Charlie's Angels Animal Rescue Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue is a non-profit organization of volunteers dedicated to saving the lives of adoptable dogs and cats who would otherwise die simply because their time is up at shelters in western NC. We accomplish this by placing them into loving, forever homes via a system of transport to reputable rescues and no-kill shelters throughout the United States, as well as local adoptions. Each one is cared for, loved and given everything it needs (food, exercise, socialization, basic training, vetting, vaccinations, heart worm testing and spay/neuter) to become the best possible companion animal it can be! We provide this through our foster families and our Safe Haven until such time they are chosen to go to other rescues, where adoption awaits them, or they are adopted by us into local homes.
