15 is the new 5 here at CASPCA! My name is Amelia, and I may be a tiny bit shy at first, but my perky nature comes out right away with a few scratches under my chin, and you'll love petting my silky fur! I also love to be hand fed a little afternoon snack (tuna, if you please)! The way into my heart is brushing and wet food! My foster mom reports that I sometimes fall asleep during my grooming sessions because I am so happy!
I am a sweet old lady who is looking for a home devoted to pampering me in my golden years. Ask an adoption coordinator to put you in touch with my foster mom if you would like to meet me!

We ask potential adopters to fill out a matchmaker form. When they are ready to adopt an animal and the form and interview process indicates a good match, we have the adopter sign an adoption contract promising that the animal will receive good physical and emotional care. Fees vary and we often have adoption specials. Fees for senior pets are sponsored. Otherwise, dogs are $100, puppies $150 and up, cats are $75, kittens are $95.
