Oscar over here would do great cat-walking down the red carpet with his adventurous side. And good news! he won't pee on the carpet since he uses the litter box very well. At just 6 months old, he's not scared of being vocal in front of the cameras either and loves to talk especially about food- you could call him a big foodie! Oscar is part of our Home For The Holidays Campaign, making his adoption fee just $35 for the month of November. He is vaccinated, FIV and FELV tested negative, microchipped and neutered. All of our animals are vaccinated, micro-chipped and spayed/neutered before being adopted.

We do not have a public facility. In order to meet our pets, please fill out an application.

Meet the Pet

Once you are approved, you will be contacted to schedule a meet and greet.

Home Check

Once you decide to adopt, we do require a virtual home check before adoption

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fees cover spay/neuter for our dogs, vaccinations, heart worm testing/medication, microchipping and any vet care necessary. Once you fill out an application on the adoptables tab on our website, http://pawpatroldayton.com/adoptable-dogs, a representative will conduct a reference check with your vet provided. A call to the potential adopter will be made when the representative is done verifying the information on the contract.

Paw Patrol is a dedicated group of volunteers working to improve the quality of life for pets living in our community.

Our Mission is:
OUR MISSION
- To rescue and re-home neglected, abused, or otherwise unwanted pets into loving homes.
- To provide shelter in the form of a lean-to or doghouse to outdoor pets in an effort to keep them dry and warm.
- To provide outdoor dogs with alternatives to chaining in order to improve their quality of life.
- To promote the importance of spaying/neutering pets and to offer this service to pets in our community.
- To provide information to the public about the negative aspects of pet tethering.
- To assist owners with necessary resources to allow them to keep their pet happy, healthy, and out of the already over-crowded shelter system.
