My name is Lumena!

Meow! My name is Lumena! I am a cute female DSH Tortoiseshell kitten born approximately 10/20/23. I am playful and loving and a special kitty. I love tossing around toy mice and stuffed toys, and running around and climbing like all happy young kitties. I enjoy being held and pet too. My limited vision may have taken me down a different path, but I am just joyful and learning my way around like any other kitten growing up. My untreated eye injury and subsequent infections earlier in my young life led to the loss of my right eye, but I'm thankful for the limited vision still remaining in my left eye. My other senses are now heightened and I hear great things around me! I like the loving sound of your voice and toys with a soft sound and bright colored wands. I was previously diagnosed as FeLV+ but after several tests and bloodwork, I can happily say I am not positive any longer. Currently, I am getting to know my new roommates and learning to adjust to their curiosity and lack of boundaries around my face. I don't think I am suited for a dog at this time. I'm looking for a forever home that can offer me lots of playtime and oodles of cuddles in a safe environment away from potential hazards. A consistent layout in the home and routines will also help me create a mental map where I can relax and grow in my confidence. I would be the perfect addition to your family.
