Meet Cooper, a young pup brimming with life and love. His sweetness is as infectious as his bravery is inspiring. Cooper’s goofiness is a joy to behold; his playful antics will fill your days with laughter and your heart with warmth. His energy is endless, a testament to his youthful spirit. But it's his friendliness that truly sets him apart. Cooper has a knack for making everyone feel like his best friend. He's the kind of dog who can turn a bad day into a good one, just by being himself. Adopting Cooper isn't just about giving a dog a home. It's about inviting a bundle of joy, bravery, and unconditional love into your life. With Cooper, every day is a new adventure filled with fun, games, and lots of tail wagging. If you're looking for a loyal friend and a constant source of happiness, Cooper is the dog for you.

More about this shelter
We're a very small shelter operated by the City of Hernando. We are physically located at 1203 Nesbit Dr, Nesbit Ms 38651
We are very dedicated to providing the very best care for our city's homeless pets and committed to educating the public about how to properly care for the animals in their families. We do all we can to keep pets in homes and out of the shelter. Because the south has such an extreme pet overpopulation problem, we try to relieve some of that pressure by transporting as many animals as possible to northern humane societies and waiting adopters.
