Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tatiana aka Tatt. Little Tatt is an 8 mo black and white female rat terrier. She recently came to canine collective with her brother 'Ratt' and sister 'Atat'. We think she weighs no more than 12 lbs.

Tatt was chosen to go to an event at a petstore only a few days after her arrival.. She was very gentle, sweet, loved to explore and see everyone and every dog, good with the other dogs too. She was very quiet at the event, loved to get attention and sat quietly while she got some lovin. She loved exploring the treat aisle in the pet store.

She does have some puppyish behavior like jumping a little but she is so small that it isnt annoying or aggressive. Her handler at the event said she is very good on the leash and because she is so little she makes it easy to handle her.

Our adoption process takes several steps and cannot be completed in one day. All of our volunteers work full time and assist the rescue in their spare time. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.

* Applicants must be willing to make a ten plus year commitment to their new family member.

* Applicants must commit to daily exercise, walks, trips to the dog park or play in the back yard. A well exercised dog is a happy well behaved dog!

* Applicants living in a rental property must provide proof of pet policy from landlord.

* Applicants must provide a veterinarian reference and if there are existing dogs in the household. All pets must be spayed/neutered and current on all shots and heartworm medication.

*Please allow at least a 7-14 day adjustment period for your new dog. Rescue dogs go thru a lot of changes and need a few days to get used to their new surroundings and adjust. Adopting a dog should be a serious commitment, so please be willing to work out the kinks. Our dogs aren't perfect but with proper training and guidance they make awesome, loving pets.

*Our adoption fees vary based on the age and medical needs of the dogs.

Our mission is provide rescued dogs another chance to find their forever homes. We rescue from high kill shelters, hoarding situations, and from families in crisis.

We are a private, nonprofit, all breed, no-kill dog rescue.
