Meet Finnegan, a pup so well-mannered he was once known as "Good Boy"! According to his temp foster Jarad, he's "practically perfect in every way" – just like Mary Poppins.

About Finnegan:

- Perfectly house and kennel trained
- Good with other dogs
- Quirk: Barks when in his kennel (he's working on this with his foster mom)
