Meet Yukon!

Yukon is an adorable 6-month-old Lab, Pug, and Staffordshire Terrier mix with a heart full of love and curiosity. This sweet boy charms everyone he meets and is always excited to explore the world around him. Yukon is thriving in his foster home, where he’s learning all sorts of tricks and good manners. He’s already crate-trained and potty-trained, making him the perfect gentleman at home.

Yukon adores kids and enjoys spending time with people of all ages. His easygoing nature means he’s young enough to adjust well to a home with cats, too! Yukon is up-to-date on all his vaccinations and will be scheduled for neuter surgery when he’s closer to a year old.

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
