FOSTER OR ADOPT CONWAY!
Conway is a large male Lab about 75 pounds and 2 years old, but he is a big teddy bear!
He came to us after he was dumped and sat by a rural gate for 2 days waiting for someone to help him. He was covered in ticks and had a leg injury. After exam and x-rays it appears he had been shot. Conway has been hanging out at our vet for quite a while now. Splinting his leg was tried, amputation was discussed but truly not necessary. He is doing very well. He limps some and holds his leg up from time to time, but he doesn't seem to be in pain. He runs and acts like a normal dog.
He loves attention and likes to lean into you for love. He even was a blood donor for a very sick dog at the clinic recently. He is a special boy!
We need him in a home and out of the vet. Foster him, adopt him or foster to adopt. All options.
