❗Current location: in a local private shelter in South Korea❗
Meet Hyorim👋 a sweet girl with a gorgeous black coat with milk spilled on the chin/chest/paws. At just 2 months old, she was found on the street in South Korea with her three other siblings. They were taken to a high-kill city shelter and ended up on the euthanasia list. Thankfully, the siblings were rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team, and Hyorim was sent to her foster family soon after. She has lived peacefully in her foster home with two resident dogs for almost a year. Hyorim is now back in the shelter and patiently waiting for her forever family!
• Personality: Sweet, Gentle, Calm
Hyorim is such a sweet and gentle girl! With a cautious nature, she may need time to adjust to a new home gradually, but she becomes friendly once she warms up to you. Considering her high dependence on the resident dogs of her previous foster family, she would adapt quickly to the new environment if she is adopted as your second dog. She has a mid-low energy level, so she calmly rests in the house until the time for a walk.
• Affinity with
- Dogs: Dog-friendly and well-mannered with other dogs. She doesn’t play too wild.
- Cats: Not interested in cats
- Adults/Kids: Good with people / No aggression towards kids
• Walking Manners: Generally good. She tends to pull the leash from time to time but has got much improved.
• Housetrained: Fully housebroken, mainly using pee-pads indoors and going potty outdoors sometimes.
• Bathing/Brushing: Very good
• Car Sickness: No. She is good with car rides.
• Separation Anxiety: None.
• Barks/Howls: Almost none. She is usually really quiet and only barks a little bit when strangers come to the house.
• Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies.
• Shedding level (1~10): 5-7
• Likes: She loves playing with stuffed animals/ropes and enjoys nose work & slow feeder with peanut butter, churu (lickable treat), and pet milk!
