My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

June has the sweetest face!

June is pretty timid in the shelter and seems overwhelmed here - she'll even pull to go back into her kennel because all this noise is scary.
But she's a very sweet, mature girl who has been calm and gentle with both people and other dogs. When out on a walk, she'll sit or lay down patiently next to her person when they have to stop to talk to someone. And in doggy playgroup, she is shy and sweet - mostly keeping herself but hanging out just fine with other gentle dogs.
June has been noted to be a "super holder" in her kennel, meaning she waits long periods of time in between potty breaks, so we think she may be house trained. She knows "sit" and enjoys an easy walk with lots of sniffs, and a few pets or scratches as well.
Please come meet June and see if she's the gentle soul you've been waiting for!
