If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Bubba is full of personality, greatly enjoying the company of people. He is five years old and in the three years since rescue he has come out of his shell, loving to sit by his human and chomp at a bone or snore away during an afternoon nap. Bubba has enjoyed a fenced in backyard the majority of his time since rescue and appreciates the freedom to walk around and observe, keeping him fit while not being the most active dog. He is currently enrolled in a basic obedience course and will do anything for a cookie.
Bubba has grown up alongside another female rescue of similar size and was regularly left to roam the house while his human was at work without issue. While they have made good roommates and enjoy rough-housing in the yard, I do believe Bubba would be best suited in a single dog household.
