My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blueberry Muffin is the epitome of charm and gentleness. From the moment you meet her, you'll be captivated by her endearing nature and irresistible puppy eyes. She's a submissive sweetheart who thrives on affection and loves nothing more than being by your side. When it's playtime, Blueberry Muffin is always up for some fun! She adores romping around and engaging in playful antics, especially when her favorite toys are involved. Whether it's a game of fetch or a tug-of-war, she's always ready to join in the fun. But don't let her playful nature fool you—Blueberry Muffin also knows how to appreciate the quieter moments in life. After a day of adventures, she enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with her beloved humans, soaking in all the love and warmth they have to offer.

How to Adopt:

Take your time getting to know the animal you wish to adopt. The pet you choose should be your pet for the rest of its life, so spend the time necessary to make the right choice. Our staff is happy to assist you in taking a dog out of the kennels or socializing with a cat in the cat room. We encourage each person in your household to get acquainted with an animal before it becomes a new member of your family. We also suggest you bring your present pets in for an introduction to the new animal to form some ideas about their compatibility. Our shelter is open Tuesday through Friday, 12-5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am-5 pm. In order to complete the adoption process, it is necessary to begin adoptions by 4:30pm.
