My name is Artemis!

Artemis is 4 years old, and was found as a barely weaned kitten on the side of the road. After some nursing, he was healthy in no time and began to bond with our other cat Castiel (who passed away this year.) Artemis is a loving, playful kitty. He does take a little while to warm up to people, likely a bit longer than average, but once he does he is your cuddle buddy for life and wants ALL the attention.

He has lived with dogs, but he only takes up with ones that are very calm and willing to give him space. He has never been exposed to children, so I'm not sure what he would think of them.

I'd say for a new home, he could really use someone with the patience to also give him space to get his bearings, and someone who is not a first time cat owner. He likes to nibble when he's feeling affectionate or in need of attention, and some folks may take that the wrong way. That being said, when he's comfortable with you, he will stick out his tongue in enjoyment as you pet him!
