Wiggles, a slightly special needs kitty as he lives up to his name. He has a neurological issue that makes him wobble when we walks. He is playful, active, hungry, healthy, and absolutely adores people. He would be a hazard for a senior citizen as he loves to get between your feet and follow you around wherever you go. He needs a special person for this very special kitty.
