Meet Luca! He's a resilient little guy who had a bit of a hard start. We know he was accidentally stepped on as a baby, which vets saved his leg and hips at 12 weeks, but he has a little bit of a funky shape as a reminder of his injury. Due to his injury, he's also crate trained. Not that he wanted to stay in that. That's probably a part of his back leg bump, he kept figuring out how to get out of the crate so he could be with his human.

He's a fun little guy who's adventurous and willing to do just about anything. He loves to be by his humans at all costs. He will follow from room to room and entertain himself just to be with you. He does well with other animals, even the ones who don't want to do well around him. But his greatest love is children. He immediately reacted to the small child who came to pick him up after surgery. He wants nothing more than to be with her when she's in the house. He settles for others, but his true love seems to be little girls.

Luca will play with anything and everything. Bread ties are an amazing toy on a smooth floor. Bird feathers from outside stand no chance.

He is starting to understand that some adults work and will sleep in a bed near the computer set up. He tries to snuggle the dog but, well, the dog doesn't wish to snuggle.

Luca goes for sterilization July 9, 2024 at 17 weeks. He will be available for adoption once he heals.
