My story

Hey there, my name is Mochi! I was hand selected for K9's For Warriors service dog program from Lake City Humane Society and passed all my initial tests with flying colors! Since arriving at K9's in February of this year, I've decided I would much rather be a family companion over having to work for a living. As a laid-back lady, I enjoy the simple pleasures in life like sunbathing and snuggling. I have an obsession with durable squeaky toys that tend to keep me entertained for hours on end! I have made canine friends while I wait for my forever family but do tend to be a bit picky on who I like to spend my playtime with. I'd much rather spend my free time with my humans' getting tons of affection! Not only do I know most of my basic commands, but I am crate trained, house trained, spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and eagerly waiting for my forever home.
