**Meet Aster: The Tiny Princess with a Heart Full of Love**

Aster may be the smallest of her siblings, but she has a personality that's larger than life. As she is a little older now, she has grown to be a stunning young kitty. This sweet little girl took her time to warm up to the high-energy antics of her brothers, but now she holds her own with confidence and grace.

And spends most waking hours with her bonded brother, Cosmo. They can be seen sleeping together in the window, playing catch and wrestling or supervising their human friends from the cat trees.

Aster's days are filled with joy and playfulness as she dashes around the room, chasing feather wands and exploring her surroundings. Many mornings, you'll find her basking in the sunlight at the top of the cat tree or peacefully snoozing in a cozy window spot. Despite her energetic nature, she has a tender side—she's never met a lap she didn't like and quickly becomes a favorite cuddle buddy for the teens who support the kittens in our care.

Aster dreams of finding a forever home where she can continue her adventures and share her loving heart. She is adoptable only with her bonded brother, Cosmo, her favorite playmate and snuggle buddy. After a day of fun, they love to curl up together and relax.

Born in March and already spayed, she is ready for her happily ever after. Her ideal family would offer her a safe place to play and a warm lap to rest on when she’s ready to wind down. If you're looking for a loving, playful, and cuddly companion, Aster is the perfect match!

Your serious inquiry into co-creating a forever-life with one of our cats or dogs in fostership means we have a due diligence process.

Approve Application

We appreciate you + we love our animals. Please be patient as this may take a few business days to check all personal + vet references.

Meet the Pet

We are a 100% foster-based organization so a day/time is coordinated with our amazing foster to meet the animal that caught your eye.

4.
Sign Adoption Contract

Our contracts are digital + sent from our software database.

5.
Pay Fee

We have several options for you to help us continue our work in matching animals with their forever family units.

At this time, Familiar Hearts Animal Society meetings are by appointment only.

We currently rely on our amazing web of generous fosters throughout the Philadelphia area and will do our best to make a meeting as convenient as possible for both human + animal.

Meetings will need to be coordinated through the foster of the animal you are interested in meeting.

Our Vision: Our mission is two-fold; we want to help abandoned pets and we want to help stop pet abandonment.

We operate using a network of kind hearted hands to help find homeless animals veterinary and behavior care and then match them with appropriate forever homes. We also strive to educate pet owners about resources they might utilize in order to best understand how to provide for their friends with furry paws, feathers or claws. We always do our best to help.
