DOB: 3/31/24
Hello, my name is Katie Kay. My three brothers and myself found our way into GRASP after being trapped with our mom. Mom didn’t like indoor life, so she was fixed and released, but she said we needed to stay and live a long safe life indoors. It took some time for me to adjust to this new life, but I am enjoying it!
It can be hard living with three brothers as they like to rough play so I had to learn to stand up for myself. When we first came to our foster mom, I would stay off to the side by myself because I didn’t enjoy my brothers’ play. After some time and encouragement from foster mom, I realized I could play just as rough as them so I started teaching them that I was not one to mess with! I’ve perfected my tack down skills. When I am not roughing with my brothers, you can find me playing with a tower of tracks toy that is in my foster house. I will learn how to get the ball out of the track! I really hope my forever home has one.
I am a little skittish when on the floor and will run when foster mom walks to me. I feel safer up high and enjoy pets when I am taking a kitten nap. Sometimes I take naps with my brother, Jesse Joe or you may find me by myself.
I really hope my forever home has a social kitty I can play with and helps me as I continue to grow my confidence. You can also adopt me with my brother, Jesse Joe, but if that’s not possible, then I will be okay. I currently live with a small dog who tries to act tough by barking at me at times, but overall I am fine with him. Foster mom says that means I will be okay with a cat friendly dog. Oh maybe we can become best friends! I haven’t met little children, but due to me still being a tad skittish, foster mom says older children will be best for me.
This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.
