Emy Lou is a spirited and playful 1.5-year-old tabby cat with beautiful striped fur. From the moment she entered the world, Emy Lou has been a source of joy and entertainment for everyone around her. Her days are filled with adventures, whether she's exploring every nook and cranny of her home or chasing after her favorite toy mouse.
Despite her young age, Emy Lou has grown from a hissy baby to a lap cat. She only comes to lay on her owner when they are lying in bed at night, a special moment that her owner cherishes. Though they are still working on letting her owner touch her paws, the bond between them grows stronger each day.
Emy Lou loves to curl up in cozy spots, especially by a sunny window, where she can keep an eye on the world outside. She is known for her curious nature, always eager to investigate new objects and sounds. In her downtime, Emy Lou enjoys lounging on soft blankets and receiving plenty of belly rubs. Her sweet and loving personality makes her the perfect feline friend, bringing warmth and happiness to her household. Emy Lou is also good with other cats and dogs, making her a delightful companion in a multi-pet home.

Our foster parents are able to offer a unique perspective on the available pets’ likes and dislikes, as well as any personality quirks – this information is invaluable to the matchmaking process. SUSAN wants every placement we make to be a lifelong match and as such we have high adoption standards and ask all adopters to agree to ALWAYS contact us FIRST if the circumstances of life ever divide you from your new family member.
