My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kibo is a beautiful black and white Siberian Husky who came to us from Lee County Domestic Animal Services. He loves to be around people, whether you are petting him, brushing him, or just in the same room. He is a true gentleman, even when taking treats. He has the sweetest disposition and will be an amazing companion. If you are looking for an adult dog, Kibo is your boy.

Why not complete an application and schedule an appointment to meet this sweet boy today!?

More about this rescue

The Animal Refuge Center (ARC) of Fort Myers is a not for profit animal welfare society dedicated to stopping the escalating cost to impound, care for, kill and dispose of dogs and cats dying for no reason other than having been born. ARC is helping to cut the large numbers of homeless animals which eventually cuts the costs to taxpayers, which to date has reached over half a million dollars a year.

ARC is a non-euthanasia organization. Once we accept an animal for adoption, IT WILL NOT BE DESTROYED TO MAKE ROOM FOR ANOTHER. We are here to help the unwanted and neglected animals who now face certain death.
