My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Magna is a sweet and well-trained dog who spent some time in a foster home with a small dog and did wonderfully. She gets along great with other dogs her size as well and kids, though sheandamp;#39;s not a fan of cats. Magna is fully house trained and has no issues being left alone, inside or outside, as she seems to have spent a lot of time outdoors. She knows several commands, including sit, paw, down, come, fetch, leave it, treat, and drop it. Magna loves chewing on bones, enjoys car rides, and is comfortable being touched anywhere. She is a great dog and has such a unique face and coloring, sheandamp;#39;ll make a wonderful addition to any home.

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

With hundreds of pets at the shelter and in foster, we recommend checking our website before visiting in person.

2.

Meet the Pet

We recommend bringing the whole family, including resident dogs, to meet the pet you're interested in adopting to ensure it's a good match.

3.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our adoption team will review the adoption contract with you. Adoption fees are $30 for dogs and $5 for cats unless during a special promo.

Additional adoption info

All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis and must be made in person. As a high-intake shelter, most of the pets that come to us are strays, meaning we have limited background history on the pet, such as health, behavioral or living history. All adoptions include the animal's spay/neuter procedure, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations and city license. All adoptions include a 7 day free trial with our training partner, GoodPup to help ease the transition!
