Hi there, my name is Rebecca and I am a 4-month-old, 22 lb Australian Kelpie mix puppy. I was living in Von Ormy Texas when one day my owner tossed me out the front door and the neighbors heard me crying. I was just a tiny baby at the time, and a very nice lady who fosters dogs for 4 Little Paws Rescue picked me up and I have been a happy girl since she brought me home. I'm loved and well-fed and I get to play with the other foster dogs and puppies. Only one thing could make me happier, and that is where you come in... I'm ready to be adopted.
I am a sweet and sociable girl, making friends easily and I love everyone instantly, humans, dogs, and a kitty cat who lives with me. I love playtime and rope toys, romping and bunny hopping through the grass. It's adorable to watch. I'm affectionate and snuggly, although right now I would rather be playing than anything else. I am almost finished with my housebreaking lessons, about 80% there, and I'm also learning how to use a doggy door. I'm smart as a whip and eager to please. My foster mom says I will make some lucky family very happy to call me their forever dog. I hear many wonderful families on the East Coast would be happy to have a sweet little puppy like me, so I can't wait to meet them and get my life started!
* 4 Little Paws is based in CT. We adopt in many different states along the East Coast. Transport costs are included in the adoption fee. If you are located outside the states we typically adopt to, we have options to get the dog of your dreams to your location.

Please DO NOT apply unless the entire family / household is on board with adopting one of our dogs. We must receive an application for you to move forward in the process. Thoughtful direct emails are welcome and will be answered. However, an application is still a necessary step. We want to make sure we find our dogs a perfect fit with a family so both the dog and the family are happy. We keep our dogs with fosters once we get them out of shelters for a little bit to learn and understand their personalities. Our relationship with families doesn't stop at adoption! We are always available for any follow up questions and are happy to be a resource as you and your new pet settle into a routine.
