Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Sweet Pea has been living in clinic for quite some time now. She's a very high energy, playful pup ! She loves to play and really loves her toys. She has lived in close proximity to other dogs and even let out on leash with other dogs as well. As of late, she seems to have become more reactive to other pets and a little kennel stressed. I do not believe she's dog aggressive but more so , going insane due to such prolonged periods in the kennel . Clinic team has been taking her out consistently to help alleviate that stress , in hopes of reducing or stopping her reactivity .
On 8/9/24 Sweet Pea was taken out to meet another dog, Streetrunner. She was fencing fighting the entire walk outside, biting at the fence, hackles raised, tail flagging. A basket muzzle was placed for safety. She was walked into the yard and immediately lunged at Street runner. I called him off to give her another opportunity, but she was snarling and pulling to lunge and get to him. She was brought back inside. She again, was fence fighting the entire way in and was lunging and snapping at dogs in pop up kennels as well.
