River is a darling little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He was born in rescue after his momma (Cara) arrived to rescue with a belly full of babies.

River is the runt of the litter and oh so sweet!

*River and his siblings will be available beginning 7/22/24. Applicants will be screened and chosen prior to the availability date.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:

Physically fenced in yard preferred.
Cavaliers are prone to developing mitral valve disease (heart disease) as adults. Please do ample research on cavaliers and their potential health issues prior to applying.
Family with the time and patience required to properly train & socialize a puppy.
River will be adopted out with a mandatory neuter agreement/contract.

River is current on age-appropriate vaccinations & deworming, and has also been microchipped. His adoption fee is $700 plus tax.

Keeping in mind our organization is run entirely by volunteers, we do our very best to begin processing your application upon receipt. If we have any questions regarding your application, we will contact you first. Typically though, we will proceed with contacting your personal references and veterinarian before we get in touch with you. Depending on your avialablity, and ours, it may take a couple of days to complete this process. Please have paitence. We know you are excited, and we are excited for you, but we are committed to making sure the dogs in our care are placed in wonderful, loving, forever homes.
